Inside a We&Co Huddle: What Happens?

Strategizing Together

Crafting Winning Strategies

During a Huddle, members come together to strategize on how to dominate their market segment. But before they do that, they do the following:

  1. They state the mission and vision of the Huddle
  2. They go over the Huddle numbers and KPI’s
  3. They take a moment to log any referrals they haven’t yet logged on the We&Co platform
  4. They introduce guests and visitors

Next, they move on to the strategy portion of the meeting. This includes brainstorming, analyzing market trends, and crafting strategies that leverage each member’s strengths. After this segment, the huddle members reach out and invite at least 5 other potential members to the next meeting (after all, adding an additional member to their huddle results in approximately 50 additional referrals a year). Lastly, we go over upcoming events, state goals with accountability measures, and then end the meeting on a high note! And THAT is how we run our Huddles!

Passing Referrals on Our Automated Platform

Seamless Referral Exchange

One of the unique features of our Huddles is our automated platform for passing referrals. Members can easily refer business to each other, track referrals, and even thank each other for successful referrals.

Going Over Huddle Numbers and Reporting

Ensuring Success Through Accountability

In a We&Co Huddle, success is not left to chance. Members regularly go over Huddle numbers and reporting to track progress, identify opportunities, and address challenges.

Setting Goals with Accountability Measures

Personal and Professional Growth

Goal setting is a key component of a We&Co Huddle. Members set goals, and accountability measures are put in place to ensure that everyone is on track to achieve them. If a member hits their goal before the next meeting, awesome! If not, they have to perform their accountability measure. Some examples of accountability measures include buying the group coffee, bringing bagels, sharing an embarrassing memory, or giving a shoutout online of another member’s business.

Conclusion: Strategy, the Heart of We&Co’s Huddles

Strategy is at the heart of We&Co’s Huddles. Whether it’s Residential Real Estate, B2B, or the 55+ market, our members collaborate to craft and execute strategies that drive success. By joining a Huddle, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of this dynamic and supportive community, where strategy, networking, and business growth come together. So why wait? About We&Co Huddles

We&Co is a professional co-oping & professional networking business that was founded in Springfield, Missouri in 2020. While there are many professional networking groups in and around the United States, We&Co focuses on creating small industry-specific groups with five to ten professionals who all have the same target audience but offer different products and services.

In essence, professionals come to us when they want to save time while making more money. These industry-specific groups are essential pods of professionals surrounded by their ideal referral partners.

These small groups of referral partners (called “Huddles) meet up twice a month for an hour and talk strategy on how to become that one-stop-shop for their clients.
